Responsibilities included:

  • Coordinating product release, including an email blast, press release, etc.

  • Presenting regularly on the project’s progress to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Managing cross-company communication between over 16 brands, ranging from home goods to outdoor life to military content, to create a cohesive product narrative.

  • Successfully optimizing resource allocations to manage costs both internally and externally.

  • Maintaining and build a strong working relationship with our partner.

  • Serving as central point of contact both internally and externally for all projects regarding the partnership.

A meeting of the minds…..

A co-sponsored partnership unlike anything in either company’s history; in my time as a Marketing Manager at Recurrent Ventures, I managed the launch of the partnership between hOmeLabs and Popular Science.

The mission of the partnership was not only to test the business case around the power of the Popular Science brand, but also to build a new kind of partnership from the ground up in a sustainable, scalable way.

The partnership was designed to be multi-faceted by combining commerce strategy, editorial, social, SEO, and more to drive conversions.
